Neurodivergent Coaching

Neurodivergent coaching for ADHD, autistic and AuDHD adults

I create a space where you can deconstruct the expectations, assumptions and systems that aren't serving you, and rebuild ones that do.

Many neurodivergent adults spend years trying to force themselves into systems, routines and expectations that were never designed for them. Coaching with me starts from a place of radical acceptance. Together we'll explore what works, what doesn't, and create approaches that support your brain, your values and the life you want to build.

Maybe you're exhausted from trying to force yourself into systems that work for everyone else but never seem to work for you.

Maybe you're tired of feeling like you're lazy, inconsistent, too much, too sensitive, too disorganised or somehow getting life wrong.

Maybe you've spent years trying harder, pushing through, masking, people-pleasing or criticising yourself into change, only to find yourself burnt out, overwhelmed and wondering why nothing seems to stick.

If any of that feels familiar, I want you to know that there's nothing wrong with you.

You don't need fixing.

You don't need to become more neurotypical.

You don't need another productivity hack.

What you might need is a better understanding of how your brain works, a little more self-compassion, and support to build a life that works with you rather than against you.

Aims is so supportive and nurturing. The sessions gave me the space and opportunity to explore the innermost feelings that were holding me back in a creative and non-judgemental way. As a result I have felt more inner strength and confidence in myself and more empowered to make sure I get what I need to be able to be myself. I loved how Aims also communicated between sessions and made it so easy for me to keep track of appointments - something I especially appreciate as an AuDHDer!

Hannah - Neurodivergent Coaching Client

Aims' collaborative style was one of the things I valued most about working with her. Much of the work I brought involved cultural considerations, and although we came from different backgrounds, she approached these conversations with genuine curiosity, sensitivity and respect. I always felt understood and supported.

Fai Yousef - Neurodivergent Therapist &  Coachee

"Through thoughtful questions and gentle enquiry, she helped me clear the fog, untangle complex situations and gain greater clarity about my work. Her warmth, insight and ability to embrace complexity made her an invaluable source of support".
