Supportive Supervision
Specialist supervision for neurodivergent professionals
Finally - the shame-free, relaxed, collaborative supervision space you've been hoping for
Supervision is a space to think out loud, explore what's really going on beneath the surface, and have the kinds of conversations that help us grow as practitioners and as people. A place to also have fun and enjoy the shared experience of being human. It's existential, philosophical and sometimes sweary.
You can be yourself with me.
Many of the professionals who come to me have experienced supervision that felt judgmental, hierarchical or purely focused on case presentation. Some have had their confidence knocked. Some have learned to hide the parts of themselves they fear will be criticised. That's not the kind of supervision I want to offer.
I believe supervision should be collaborative, honest and human. A place where you can bring your successes, mistakes, doubts, frustrations, uncertainties and big ideas without fear of judgment. Because if we can't be honest in supervision, it becomes much harder to be safe, reflective and authentic in our work.
My aim is simple.
I want you to leave our sessions feeling lighter, clearer, more confident and better connected to yourself and your practice than when you arrived.
Together we'll explore your client work, your business, your wellbeing, your values and the things that matter most to you. We'll think deeply, laugh often, challenge assumptions, celebrate wins and create a practice that feels sustainable, authentic and genuinely fulfilling.
Because thriving practitioners create better outcomes for everyone.
"I felt comfortable being completely myself and sharing difficult things without fear of judgement. Aims helped me create the private practice I actually wanted, not the one I thought I was supposed to have. I look forward to our sessions knowing I can bring both my clinical work and the realities of private practice. And we laugh a lot."
Meredith Husen - Neurodivergent Counsellor
"Amy didn't just offer insight and perspective, she helped me challenge my own thinking, refine it and elevate it. I left supervision with greater clarity, a deeper understanding of a complex issue and a completely different perspective. What makes Amy special is the combination of psychological depth, ethical rigour and the ability to help you think more deeply."
Yomna Yousef - Coach and Supervisor
"She's the only supervisor I've had who I haven't felt mothered by, dependent on, or less than. I've always felt equal. I can show up exactly as I am, ask the questions I'm worried I should already know the answers to, and never feel judged. Aims encouraged me to charge what I'm worth, build the practice I wanted, and trust myself. Since working with her, I've tripled my income."
